My Debut as a Cabaret Singer at a major mid-town Cabaret Room was me viewing myself as the “Singer” I had seen and loved in the One Night Club Scene from a Black and White Films or MGM Technicolor now being shown on Turner Classic Movies. I envisioned myself a cross between Lena Horne and Lauren Bacall! I worked with my first Musical Director, and a Trio; the Room was packed with a responsive audience of friends and I was asked back A new career began!
First Headshot
At one time my only dream, probably from my teens, was of becoming a Broadway Actress. I was fortunate to work Off-Broadway and Off-Off Broadway as well as in Films, TV, Commercials and Print Modeling. Those were some great days maybe they haven’t come to an end. I’ve been directing and coaching and have always been fortunate to work and with some great people behind and in front of the curtain. I always want something more and believe one can have it all.
